Credit Controller - Accounts Receivable Specialist

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. As a Credit Controller, you'll be the backbone of our credit management process. You'll work closely with our sales team to ensure we collect payments efficiently and effectively. You'll also be responsible for monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating payment plans, and implementing credit policies to minimize financial risks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable by tracking invoices, payments, and credit limits.
• Monitor overdue accounts and implement collection strategies to ensure timely payments.
• Negotiate payment plans with clients to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to assess the health of our receivables.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Implement and enforce credit policies to minimize financial risks.
• Provide regular updates to management on the status of receivables.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
