📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the temperature of frozen and chilled inventory to ensure it remains within the required range.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and prevent stock loss.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to receive, store, and distribute frozen and chilled products.
• Ensure that all inventory is properly labeled, dated, and stored according to company policies and industry standards.
• Assist in the implementation of safety protocols and emergency procedures to protect both employees and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that inventory management processes are optimized and efficient.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in cold storage and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cold storage or inventory management industry.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
