Legal Advisory Executive

Senheng is seeking a Legal Advisory Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our company’s legal interests while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing strategic legal advice and support to our operations.

As a Legal Advisory Executive, you will be responsible for conducting thorough legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and providing guidance on complex legal matters. You will work closely with our legal team and other departments to ensure that our business activities are conducted in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance reports.
• Provide strategic legal advice to senior management and other departments.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential risks.
• Represent the company in legal matters and negotiations.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of legal documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal advisory or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international business laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
