📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.,Manage client accounts, including contract negotiations, renewals, and upselling.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.,Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs.,Build and maintain a portfolio of high-value clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and business environment.
