Daily, you will handle invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and Xero. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including invoicing, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian and Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
• Certification in accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian and Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
