📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Implement and monitor warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software, such as SAP or similar.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Analyze and report on warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to manage inventory levels and reorder points.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, preferably in the chemical or distribution industry.
• Certification in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software, such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to warehouse operations and logistics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
