FORGE Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Outlet Manager to join our team in Manado. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and improving customer experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the store.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain high standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on customer satisfaction.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
