📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Staying up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.,Providing training and guidance to junior staff on audit techniques and procedures.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of internal audit processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal control, and auditing standards.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
