Overseeing all aspects of fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, driver scheduling, and route optimization.,Ensuring that all vehicles are in good working condition and that maintenance is performed in a timely and cost-effective manner.,Managing and coordinating the work of fleet maintenance personnel, including mechanics, technicians, and other support staff.,Developing and implementing fleet policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.,Monitoring and analyzing fleet performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborating with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure that fleet operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Providing leadership and guidance to fleet maintenance personnel to ensure that they are performing at their best and that their skills and knowledge are up-to-date.,Representing the company at industry events and conferences to network with other professionals and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating fleet operations.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems, such as fleet maintenance management systems (FMMS) and vehicle tracking systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to complex problems.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
