📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation, ensuring fair and competitive packages.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Coordinate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with employee benefits administration is a plus.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
