📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions and specifications.,Oversee the recruitment team, providing guidance and support.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure effectiveness.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
