📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth food preparation.,Develop and implement menu items and recipes.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.,Manage inventory and purchasing of kitchen supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Knowledge of POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
