📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, including preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor fuel usage and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient vehicle usage.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and other related activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the planning and execution of fleet-related projects.
• Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
