📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present financial reports to management.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Plan and organize special events or promotions to increase revenue.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven experience in managing staff and budgets.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
