🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales supervision or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience in the direct selling or beauty industry is a plus.
