📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP systems,Work closely with development and operations teams to ensure the smooth functioning of SAP environment,Monitor SAP systems for performance issues and implement solutions,Document SAP processes and create user manuals,Conduct SAP system upgrades and migrations,Provide training and support to end-users,Participate in SAP implementation projects,Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP support,Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.),Experience with SAP ABAP programming is a plus,Familiarity with SAP HANA is a plus,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
