Tanggung Jawab:
Lead the development and planning of campus services, ensuring alignment with hospital goals and patient needs.Oversee the implementation of service improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new services and facilities.Monitor and evaluate service performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including patients, staff, and external partners.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in service planning.Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall vision of the hospital.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the service planning team.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare service planning or a similar role.Proven experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams.Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Understanding of the local market and cultural nuances in Bali is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
