Leaf Den Indonesia is looking for a talented Senior Demi Chef to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes to ensure high-quality food for our customers. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 6.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes
  • Ensuring high-quality food is served to customers
  • Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Following all health and safety regulations
  • Working as part of a team to achieve company goals
  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering
  • Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Assisting with training and development of junior staff

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Good physical fitness and stamina
