PERSOL is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Community Engagement to join our team in Bali. In this hybrid/remote role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with our company's mission and values. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in community relations, event management, and stakeholder engagement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build and maintain positive relationships with local communities.,Organize and manage community events, workshops, and initiatives to foster engagement and collaboration.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives to ensure they meet our business objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of community engagement officers to achieve departmental goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community engagement and stakeholder relations.,Represent PERSOL at community events, conferences, and other industry gatherings to build brand awareness and credibility.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local media outlets to ensure positive coverage of our community engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business, marketing, or a social science discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, or a related field.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment.,Familiarity with community engagement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and social media platforms.
