📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and budget to ensure profitability.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing high-volume restaurants.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience in budgeting and financial management.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and local language.,Experience in using POS systems and inventory management software.
