We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Export-Import Manager to join our team in Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. As a Deputy Export-Import Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our international trade operations, ensuring smooth and efficient flow of goods to and from our global partners. You will work closely with our Export-Import Manager to develop and implement strategies that enhance our market presence and drive business growth. This role is perfect for a candidate with a strong background in international trade, logistics, and a proven track record in managing export-import operations.
In this role, you will be using industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other logistics management software to streamline our operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our international clients and partners, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

- Manage and optimize international trade operations, including export and import processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance market presence and drive business growth.
- Oversee the coordination and execution of logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients and partners.
- Monitor and analyze trade data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with the Export-Import Manager to develop and implement trade strategies.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on trade operations and performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international trade and logistics, with a focus on export-import operations.
- Proven track record in managing and optimizing trade operations.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as SAP, Oracle, and other logistics management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
