📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and process medical claims using SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to verify and resolve discrepancies in patient records and claims.
• Conduct audits to identify and correct errors in the claims process.
• Prepare and submit claims reports to insurance companies and government agencies.
• Monitor and manage the claims process to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain and update the claims management system to improve efficiency.
• Provide training and support to administrative staff on claims processing procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our claims management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or administrative role within the healthcare industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare billing and coding standards.
