📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage tax compliance, including annual tax filings, payroll taxes, and VAT/GST.
• Provide strategic financial advice to support business decisions and growth initiatives.
• Lead a team of accountants and tax professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting and tax regulations, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Certifications in accounting or tax, such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA, are a plus.
• Proven experience using accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
