📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preservation and maintenance of cultural heritage sites in Bangka Belitung.
• Develop and implement strategies for the documentation and promotion of cultural heritage.
• Conduct research and publish findings on the region's cultural history.
• Collaborate with local communities, archaeologists, and historians to ensure the protection of cultural treasures.
• Organize and participate in cultural events and workshops to raise awareness about cultural preservation.
• Monitor and report on the condition of cultural sites to ensure they are well-maintained and protected.
• Work with government agencies and international organizations to secure funding and support for cultural preservation projects.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Cultural Preservation Agency at conferences and events to promote the region's cultural heritage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in History, Anthropology, Archaeology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cultural heritage preservation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian cultural heritage and history.
• Proficiency in using cultural heritage management software such as CHMS and GIS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
