📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and more.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Clean and organize the coffee shop, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for customers.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Work efficiently to meet customer demands and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our coffee.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and tools, such as espresso machines, grinders, and steamers.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
