• Oversee daily operations of logistics centers, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and transportation operations
• Lead a team of 50+ employees, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high performance
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to ensure smooth supply chain processes
• Implement and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Drive innovation in logistics through the adoption of new technologies and best practices
• Represent Lazada at industry events and conferences to share insights and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, APICS) is a plus
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale logistics operations
• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and last-mile delivery challenges
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth market is a strong advantage
