📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of motorcycles, including diagnostics, engine work, electrical systems, and suspension components.
• Use specialized tools and equipment, such as diagnostic scanners, precision measuring tools, and repair kits, to accurately identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the service advisor and customer to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their satisfaction with the work performed.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of replacement parts as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service standards and procedures.
• Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the workshop supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing motorcycle issues, with a strong understanding of engine mechanics, electrical systems, and suspension components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic scanners, precision measuring tools, and other specialized equipment commonly used in motorcycle repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear and concise terms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Valid motorcycle mechanic certification or equivalent qualification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
