📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement food security programs tailored to the needs of Bangka Belitung's agricultural communities.
• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify key challenges and opportunities in food security.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of implemented programs using relevant tools and software such as GIS, ArcGIS, and QGIS.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local farmers, government agencies, and NGOs to ensure program success.
• Create and deliver training sessions and workshops to educate farmers on sustainable agricultural practices.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and maintain comprehensive project reports and documentation.
• Participate in field visits and surveys to gather data and provide on-the-ground support.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in food security and agricultural sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Security, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in food security or agricultural development projects.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing food security programs in developing regions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Familiarity with GIS and other relevant software tools.
• Certification in food security or related fields is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.
