📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud to manage HR data and streamline processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and HR best practices to continuously improve HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a proven track record in a similar role.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
