As a Logistics Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and efficiently. You will work closely with our drivers to coordinate pickups, deliveries, and route optimizations, using tools like SAP and GPS tracking systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day operations of the fleet, ensuring that deliveries are made on time and efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries, and to optimize routes using GPS tracking systems.
• Utilize SAP and other logistics software to track and manage inventory, orders, and deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver behavior.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of special projects or events.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize our logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Proven experience in managing and coordinating a fleet of vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, including SAP, GPS tracking systems, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
