As a Human Capital & General Affairs Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with senior management to develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and oversee general affairs. You will use tools like SAP SuccessFactors for HR management and QuickBooks for financial operations to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Oversee general affairs, including office administration, facility management, and procurement.
• Coordinate with senior management to address HR and general affairs issues.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors for HR management and QuickBooks for financial operations.
• Ensure seamless operational support to facilitate the smooth running of the company.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs, with a strong background in luxury or premium services industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
